2 Transnational meetings
These meetings are for planning the project, ensure the results, verify implementation, ensure collaboration, solve problems, and compile the results and manuals within the topic for each school. Participates does the Coordinator from each school.
In the fall of 2014 in Stockholm – detailed planning project, allocate responsibility within the project, budget, timetable, problem-solving, decide on the evaluation forms, decisions on “best practice” and matching of teachers.
In the spring of 2016 in Greece.– conclusion of the project, project evaluation, dissemination of the results, the compilation of the Handbook on teaching about sustainable development in different subjects at school.
Joint staff training event
These meetings are between teachers from each school that will be be/ or have been involved in the project and who want to plan/ or present results. This cooperation is evaluated and there will be written instructions in our handbook after completion.
Fall 2014 Stockholm – planning and preparing for for collaborations.
Autumn 2015 Estonia – Present implemented projects, plan new, do evaluations, planning dissemination, start work on the handbook on how to teach about sustainable development.
In the spring of 2016 Greece – We present the completed projects, we go over the evaluations, make sure that the dissemination plans are followed. Complete the handbook on how to teach about sustainable development.
Learning activity (short term exchange of groups of pupils)
Participating in these meetings are 2 students from each school that has/or will participate in a project between schools. They will be able to interact and test each other’s teachers ‘ teaching methods and “outdoor activities”. Interaction with other European students creates study motivation, friendship across national boundaries, and allows them to gain greater understanding of their own skills and their learning process.
Spring 2015 Portugal – sustainable development in Portugal. How does the proximity to the Atlantic ocean effects growth progress in coastal regions?
Autumn 2015 Estonia – Entrepreneurship with a focus on sustainability. How can the students include a sustainable vision in their student company´s?
Spring 2016 Stockholm – winter activities in a sustainable manner.How can we teach students to interact with a winter environment in a sustainable way?
In the spring of 2016 Greece – water of Attica. How do we use this resource in a sustainable way around the Mediterranean see?
